Quality Accountability - PBMs unique 360QAL quality control system
PBMs rigorous inspection criteria, that is customized for every account, allows the Quality Control Manager to rate each facility monthly. The building manager is encouraged to be part of this process. If the pre-established standards are not met, the cleaning staff are given 48 hours to correct any deficiencies. These methods provide us with a concise means of establishing and maintaining housekeeping standards for your facilities, and are fundamental to our 360QAL system.
